NAPUE v. ILLINOIS VIOLATION: Under Napue v. Illinois, 360 U.S. 264 (1959), prosecutors cannot use evidence they know to be false. The prosecution claimed Francesco confessed. The newspaper proves Billy Womack confessed. This is prosecutorial fraud.

THE IMPOSSIBILITY:

A person cannot be booked on four different dates wearing:

  • The exact same red shirt
  • The exact same haircut (same length, same style)
  • The exact same facial stubble
  • The exact same lighting and angle

This proves RECORD MANIPULATION — the dates were fabricated to create a false timeline.

THE TIMELINE CONTRADICTION:

  • Record shows "Foreign Charges" dated February 22, 2005
  • How can a 2021-generated record contain pre-dated 2005 entries?
  • This proves backdating/manipulation of official police records
